What this page needs

The homepage is the single most important page for AI discoverability. It is where AI systems look first to understand who your firm is and whether it is worth citing. Every other page on the site inherits credibility from what the homepage declares. Without structured data here, AI may index deeper pages but still lack the identity anchor needed to recommend your practice.

How important is the areaServed field for law firms?

Extremely important. Legal services are jurisdiction-bound — a lawyer licensed in Minnesota cannot represent clients in Texas without separate admission. areaServed tells AI exactly where your firm operates so it only recommends you for queries in the right geography.
